At SSR Global Skills Park, candidates are offered a comprehensive 5-week On Job Training/Internship program as an additional module upon completion of the 6 core modules in their course duration. In adherence to industry standards, some organizations may provide a stipend during this period, while others may offer alternative benefits such as accommodation.

Upon successful completion of the 5-week On Job Training in an industry setting, students undergo evaluation based on various criteria including performance, discipline, punctuality, and proactiveness, which collectively account for 60% of their final marks. The remaining 40% of the evaluation is conducted at the institute level.
